Your privacy on SomaLabs
Your work on SomaLabs is private by default. Generations are stored privately to your account, never sold, and not surfaced in any public gallery. The platform runs only an essential session cookie - no advertising or third-party analytics trackers - and you can export or delete your account data anytime.
Privacy is a top concern for creators, so it is worth being clear about how SomaLabs handles your work and your data. This guide summarizes the privacy posture in plain language: what stays private, what tracking we do and do not run, and the control you have over your own data. For the full detail, see the privacy policy.
Your generations are private
Every image and video you create is stored privately in your account. There is no public gallery and your work is not put on display - it stays yours, visible to you, until you choose to delete it. We do not sell your personal information.
No advertising or third-party trackers
- We use only an essential session cookie to keep you signed in.
- We do not use advertising cookies.
- We do not use third-party analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Because there are no tracking cookies, there is no consent banner to manage.
You control your data
You can export a copy of your account data at any time in a structured, machine-readable format, and you can delete your account and personal data from your account settings, subject to the legal and operational retention noted in the privacy policy. Age verification stores only a completion timestamp - your date of birth is not retained after verification.
How your prompts are processed
To create images and video, your prompts and reference images are sent to the AI model providers that do the generation, and they are contractually bound to use that data only to provide the service. Automated moderation checks content for safety and legal compliance. The privacy policy spells out exactly what is processed and retained.
